Sourced exclusively from the Crabtree Estate in Watervale, the 2025 Hilltop Riesling opens with vibrant aromas of lime zest, lemon blossom and a subtle hint of white florals. The palate brings crisp green apple, juicy citrus and a touch of flinty minerality, carried by bright acidity and intricate flavour.
At the 2025 Canberra International Riesling Challenge — a show judged on Riesling and nothing else — the Hilltop scored 95 points and an Elite medal. It’s the kind of Riesling Watervale is famous for, and at $185 a dozen delivered, it’s serious value.
