Returns and Claims

Crabtree Wines is proud of the quality of its products and stands by them. If you are unhappy with our product we offer a 30-day refund policy for goods and delivery charges on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition.
Please contact us to make return/refund arrangements. Any faults or breakages that occur during transit to you are replaced under insurance. Once we receive returning goods, we will refund the purchase price, usually within 14 days.
Should you have a corked bottle of Crabtree Wine, please contact us at handcrafted@crabtreewines.com.au to organise a replacement.
