PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU DO CHOOSE THIS OPTION, YOUR PARCEL IS NO LONGER COVERED BY INSURANCE IF IT GOES MISSING AFTER DELIVERY.

IF YOU DO WANT TO GIVE AUTHORITY TO LEAVE, PLEASE USE THE "Add a note for the seller…" SECTION AT CHECKOUT AND SPECIFY WHERE IT CAN BE LEFT.

WE USE A PROVIDER THAT SELECTS FROM A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT COURIERS DEPENDING ON PRICE AND AVAILABILTY. EACH PROVIDER OPERATES SLIGHTLY DIFFERENTLY TO EACH OTHER AND USE THEIR OWN LOCAL COLLECTION POINTS IF THE PARCEL ARRIVES WHILE YOU ARE NOT AT HOME AND HAVEN’T GIVEN AUTHORITY TO LEAVE. IF YOU WANT TO COLLECT YOUR PARCEL FROM YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, PLEASE LET US KNOW YOU WANT TO USE AUSTRALIA POST ONLY.

WE DON’T HAVE WINE COLLECTED BY COURIER DAILY.

IF YOU NEED YOUR WINE TO ARRIVE BY A CERTAIN DATE, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE IT ARRIVES IN TIME. OTHERWISE, JUST KNOW THAT WE SEND OUT WINE 2-3 TIMES EACH WEEK, DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH THERE IS TO SEND.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL:

YOU SHOULD RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM CRABTREE WINES WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED/ENTERED INTO OUR SYSTEM. THIS CONTAINS DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER BUT IS NOT AN INDICATION OF WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT.

MACHSHIP EMAIL WITH TRACKING:

THIS EMAIL WILL BE SENT BY MACHSHIP ON BEHALF OF CRABTREE WHEN A SHIPPING LABEL HAS BEEN MADE AND YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN BOOKED FOR PICK UP.

THIS EMAIL WILL CONTAIN:

·       AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.

·       THE COURIER YOUR PARCEL IS TRAVELLING WITH.

·       CONFIRMATION OF THE ADDRESS IT IS TRAVELLING TO.

·       A TRACKING NUMBER WHICH YOU CAN CLICK ON TO TRACK YOUR ORDER’S PROGRESS. THIS MAY TAKE 24 HOURS FOR TRACKING TO BECOME ACTIVE.

SUBSEQUENT EMAILS:

WILL CONTAIN UPDATES OF YOUR PARCELS PROGRESS FROM THE COURIER THEMSELVES I.E. AUSTRALIA POST.

MULTIPLE PARCELS MAY ARRIVE SEPARATELY.

IT IS VERY COMMON THAT IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED MULTIPLE CASES OF WINE THAT THEY MAY ARRIVE SEPARATLEY, A DAY OR TWO APART. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS AND USE THE TRACKING NUMBER WE SEND YOU TO CONFIRM THAT THE REMAINING PARCEL(S) ARE STILL ON THEIR WAY.

VERY RARELY THINGS DO GO WRONG IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PARCEL ISNT DELIVERED WITHIN A DAY OR TWO OF THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OR YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL SAYING YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, PLEASE EMAIL CRISTY AT cristy@crabtreewines.com.au

WE CAN CONFIRMED WITH THE COURIER THAT THE PARCEL IS DAMAGED AND SEND A REPLACEMENT BEFORE WE RECEIVE THE DAMAGED PARCEL IN RETURN. THIS WAY WE CAN AVOID ANY MORE UNNECESSARY DELAY TO YOU.
