Small parcels of Muscat of Alexandria grapes are open fermented then aged by Solera process. Golden in colour, spicy fruit cake rich with the sweet taste of figs, citrus and dried stone fruits.
The current release has ingredients from 17 different vintages. A blend of ages the wine was originally sourced from early settler 1860’s bush vines from a neighbouring estate. Today the wine is made from our 30 year old vines first planted in 1984 that have now reached full maturation.
Savour with a meltingly soft blue cheese, fresh figs and pickled walnuts.
