Description
This Riesling, sourced from vines on our estate aged between 22 and 46 years, has everything you expect from a Watervale Riesling.
The bouquet is redolent with fresh lemon and lime, touches of orange blossom and notes of wild flowers. On the palate, the wine is perfectly balanced with a fresh citrus backing.
This Riesling will last 15 years if cellared appropriately and will match perfectly with Fish Ceviche, any white fish dishes, cheese platters and hot afternoons.
