The Crabtree Watervale Riesling is produced from our estate grown fruit in the very heart of the Watervale sub region of the Clare Valley.

The fruit was handpicked and carefully selected to retain the freshness and punchy citrus fruit flavour that Watervale is renowned. With lifted aromatics of lemon zest and limecitrus spice, our estate riesling is fruit concentrated and
balanced with finely textured, juicy acidity. Sealed with a screw cap to ensure integrity of product, with careful cellaring this wine should mature gracefully for eight+ years. Serve with South Australian Kinkawooka mussels and blue swimmer crab pasta.
