The 2015 Crabtree Bay Of Biscay Rosé is produced from the Crabtree Estate, 1946 planted Grenache vineyard block situated in the heart of the Watervale district in the Clare Valley.

The vineyard is named after the Bay of Biscay soil type. A heavy sticky, black clay that holds moisture well, ideal for our Rose. The fruit was handpicked, sorted and retained on skins for 24 hours to ensure full flavour whilst developing a distinctive blush hue. This Rosé shows lifted aromatics of strawberry and floral spice with layers of red berry flavour and juicy fresh acidity. The palate is vibrant and refreshing.

The 2015 vintage in the Clare Valley has been noted as producing wines full of flavour and this Rosé is no exception. Sealed with a screwcap to ensure integrity of product, enjoy this Rose slightly chilled.

Serve with tapas style cold charcuterie meats with crusty bread and black olives.
