Crabtree Grenache Rosé is produced from the Crabtree Estate’s oldest vineyard.  The Grenache vines were planted in 1946, a year when the bikini was first modelled in Paris and the Cannes Film Festival was first held.

The vineyard is named after the Bay of Biscay soil type.   This heavy sticky, black clay holds moisture well and is ideal for our beautiful Rose. The fruit was handpicked, sorted and retained on skins for 24 hours to ensure full flavour whilst developing a distinctive blush hue. This Rosé shows lifted aromatics of strawberry and floral spice with layers of red berry flavour and juicy fresh acidity. The palate is vibrant and refreshing.
