The Crabtree Hilltop Vineyard cabernet sauvignon is produced from our estate grown fruit in the very heart of the Watervale sub region of the Clare Valley.

The handpicked fruit was open fermented and basket pressed using traditional methods and matured in a blend of one year old and two year old French oak barriques for 14 months.
With lifted aromatics of violets and blackcurrant, this cabernet sauvignon shows bright fruit flavours and a finely textured tannin structure.

Made by a dedicated Crabtree crew. Sealed with a screw cap to ensure integrity of product, with careful cellaring this wine should mature gracefully for 5+ years.

Serve with marinated bbq quail and middle eastern cous cous.
