Description
This Rosé shows lifted aromatics of strawberry and floral spice with layers of red berry flavour.
Crabtree Bay Of Biscay Rosé is produced from the Crabtree Estate, a 1946 planted Grenache vineyard block, situated in the heart of the Watervale district in the Clare Valley.
The vineyard is named after the Bay of Biscay soil type. A heavy sticky, black clay that holds moisture well, ideal for our Rose. The fruit was handpicked, sorted and retained on skins for 24 hours to ensure full flavour whilst developing a distinctive blush hue. The palate is vibrant and refreshing.
